Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. All communications and sessions are strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA. What you share stays between you and Adrian — with limited legal exceptions that will be explained at the start of your first session.
Do I need to have everything figured out first?
Not at all. You don't need a clear reason, the right words, or certainty about anything. "I'm not sure, but something needs to shift" is more than enough to begin.
Do you accept insurance?
Elivãt is currently a private-pay practice. A limited number of insurance partnership spots are available for qualifying clients. A superbill can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most new clients are scheduled within one to two weeks of their initial consultation. Immigration evaluation timelines are coordinated based on your legal deadlines — urgent cases are accommodated when possible.
