Before You Refer

Quick answers from legal teams.

What do you need from me to start?

A brief summary of the case and the type of evaluation needed is enough. Adrian follows up to gather any relevant documents — prior evaluations, legal filings, medical records — before the clinical interview.

How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day. If a filing or hearing date is pressing, flag it in the form — expedited turnaround as fast as 5–7 business days from the clinical interview can be arranged at intake, subject to capacity.

Can the evaluation be done by telehealth?

Yes. HIPAA-compliant telehealth evaluations are available and widely accepted by courts and adjudicators. In-person evaluations are also available for clients in the New York area.

What if my client doesn't speak English?

Evaluations are conducted directly in English or Spanish. For any other language, the evaluation is coordinated with a qualified professional interpreter, whose involvement is documented in the report so the record is transparent.
